This is a special asphalt sealant that was designed and tested over 35 years ago. We are the only contractor to offer this product. Supersealer is a hand applied coating that has special rubber additives and heavy sand. It fills most cracks in your pavement, and generally lasts 3 to 5 years.

Anderson Asphalt was the first contractor in the state of Florida to install Sunshield.This is a green product and is LEED certified . First the asphalt is cleaned,then oil spots are treated and Sunshield is applied.
Your asphalt will stay cooler in the summer and you can expect lower electric bills because of it. Your asphalt will last longer since it will not be subject to the intense Florida heat.
